For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — means the identity and document verification process required by dk666 before a Player may complete a withdrawal from their account.

dk666 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction or closure and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4.1 Registration

Each eligible individual may register a maximum of one (1) account with dk666. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. dk666 is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by a Player.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dk666 account login credentials. You must not share your account password with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted on your account using your credentials will be treated as activity conducted by you, and dk666 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain password confidentiality.

4.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, dk666 requires completion of KYC verification. 5.1 Deposits

All deposits to dk666 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the verified account holder are not permitted. 5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility

A Player's Real Money Balance is eligible for withdrawal at any time subject to KYC verification being complete. • Maximum bet size during active bonus wagering may be restricted. Bets exceeding the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and derived winnings.

dk666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.

Where an account is terminated following a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both Real Money and Bonus Balance — may be forfeited at dk666's discretion. Where an account is closed without breach by the Player, the Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player through an appropriate payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

dk666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, dk666 will provide reasonable notice through the platform or by email to registered Players. The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notification.

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the invalid or unenforceable provision.
